| 摘 要： | 目的对皱瘤海鞘正丁醇部位进行抗乙肝药效筛选。方法应用酶联免疫技术(ELISA)测定血清中病毒与药物反应12h前后表面抗原(HBsAg)、e抗原(HBeAg)的OD值变化,评价皱瘤海鞘正丁醇部位抗乙肝病毒(HBV)的活性。结果在药物浓度大于6mg/ml时,给药组与时照组中HBsAg,HBeAg的OD值在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示皱瘤海鞘正丁醇部分有明显的抗HBsAg和HBeAg作用。结论初步提示皱瘤海鞘正丁醇部位对乙肝病毒有抑制、破坏作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To screen out the anti-HBV effective parts extracted from Styela plicata using n-butanol as solvent. Methods The OD changes of HBsAg,HBeAg in serum added drug were measured by ELISA in 12h,and anti-HBV effective parts from Styela plicata were evaluated.Results The OD changes of HBsAg and HBeAg had significant differences between team add- ed drug and non-drug team(P<0.05)in concentration above 6mg/ml.The parts extracted from Styela plicata using n-butanol revealed anti-HBsAg and anti-HBeAg effects.Conclusion The n-butanol parts of Styela plicata have anti-HBV effect. |
