| 摘 要： | 采用寿命短、繁殖能力强的家蝇为衰老实验动物模型,观察香菇多糖对家蝇寿命及脑内SOD活性和脂褐素含量的影响。实验结果显示,香菇多糖能提高SOD活性和降低脂褐素含量。20日龄时喂香菇多糖组蝇脑内SOD活性比对照组增加43.4％,脂褐素含量下降4.9％;实验组平均寿命比对照组延长19.4％。提示香菇多糖可能具有抗衰老及保健作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we took the housefly as the experimental animal model to study the effect of Lentinan on SOD activity and lipofuscin content in housefly brain,and on the housefly lifespan. The experiment results are shown as follows: lentinan can improve SOD activity and reduce lipofuscin content. For example ,SOD activity of fed-lentinan housefly at 20th day imcreased 43. 4% than the control group and lipofuscin content fall off 9. 5%. The mean life of fed-lentinan housefly was prolonged 19. 4% than the control group. It is demonstrated that lentinan may have the effect of an antiaging and prompting health. |
