| 摘 要： | 为了解四川省儿童乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗接种率现状和影响接种率的因素,于1999年采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法进行了调查分析.结果表明四川省儿童乙肝疫苗接种率城市为87.7%,农村1层64.3%,农村2层41.7%,农村3层38.1%.居住在平原地区的儿童乙肝疫苗接种率高于丘陵和山区儿童,儿童在医院出生和参加计划免疫保偿将增加乙肝疫苗免疫接种的机会,儿童家长/监护人的文化程度、知识、态度以及接种点的冷链运转方式等因素对儿童乙肝疫苗接种率都有影响.

| Abstract: | The immunization coverage rate of hepatitis B(HB)vaccine and the factors influencing it were investigated in 1999 by stratified multi-stage random cluster sampling method based on the data obtained from EPI baseline study. The results showed that the HB immunization coverage rate was 87.7% in urban area,64 3%,41 7% and 38 1% in high level, medium level and lower level income in the rural area respectively.The coverage rate for children who lived in plain area was higher than that in hilly and mountainous areas.The children who were born in hospitals and had taken part in EPI insurance contract system had more chance to receive HB vaccine immunization.Other influential factors included parents'education level,common knowledge and attitude to EPI work,and operation of cold chain system.In order to increase the HB vaccine coverage rate,it is necessary to strengthen the financial investment,the management and the training to EPI work. |
