慢性乙型肝炎中医辨证分型与肝组织内HBsAg表达相关性的研究

用可溶性酶－抗酶法（peroxidase－antiperoxidase，PAP法）对69例不同中医证型的慢性乙型肝炎（慢性乙肝）患者肝组织内HBsAg表达情况进行观察，并结合病理学改变探讨了它们之间的关系、结果：湿热中阻型及肝肾阴虚型以慢性活动性肝炎多见，其肝组织内主要为弥慢型分布的粗膜型HBsAg表达，与其他证型相比有显著性差异（P＜0．05）；肝郁脾虚型及瘀血阻络型肝组织内HBsAg主要为包涵体型表达，与其他证型间有非常显著差异（P＜0．01），病理学改变前者多为慢性迁延性肝炎，后者多为肝炎后肝硬化。研究表明慢性乙肝的中医辨证分型与肝内HBsAg表达之间具有一定的相关性，对临床辨证施治有一定的指导意义。

Reseaching of the Different Chinese Traditional Medical Types and the HBsAg Expressing of Chronic Hepatitic B

The HBsAg expressing in hepatic tissue of different type of TCM of 69 cases with chronic hepatical B had been observed with the method of peroxidase-antiperoxidese (PAP). The results showed that types of retention of domp-heat in the interior and yin-deficiency of liver and kidney more often in CAH, and the diffuse rough embranous HBsAg expressing of hepatic tissue was principal, at same time, it is markedly different from other types (P<0. 05). In the types of stagnation of the liver-qi and dificiency of thespleen, and accumalation of the blood stasis, there are many focal indussion bodies HBsAg in the hepatic tissue. It is very markedly different from the other types (P<0. 01). The study shows in the chronic hepatitis, there is correlation between the situation of the HBsAg expressing in hepatic tissue and the difference TCM types in some extent.
