摘    要:目的 通过犬动物实验探讨眼底病新的给药治疗方法。方法 用犬做了眼动脉解剖,并做了逆行插管注药实验。结果 在犬的解剖中发现眼动脉发自上颌动脉,起点处与眶下动脉成夹角,角用眶下动脉逆行插管给药,观察诸药入体后,动物眼部及全身无不良反应。结论 证明了该给药方法是安全可行的。

Abstract:Objective To explore treatments of ocular fundus diseases by performing experiments in dogs.Methods Retrograde catheterizations were performed in dogs whose ophthalmic arteries had heen dissected.Results It was found that in dogs the ophthalmic artery originated from the maxillary artery ,and that its root formed an angle with infraorbital artery. Therefore drugs could be given by retrograde catheterization through the infraorbital artery with no side response in the eye as well as the whole body.Conclusion The practicability of this technique proves to be acceptable.
