| 摘 要： | 运用QC质量管理体系对气管插管患者非计划性拔管事件进行调查分析，然后以计划、执行、检查、处理的科学程序进行管理循环，即PDCA循环，使非计划性拔管发生率从2．72％降至0．85％，从而提高了危重患者的护理管理质量。

| Abstract: | The use of QC Quality Management System for endotraeheal intubation in patients with unplanned extubation investigate ease analysis.And in planning, implementation, inspection, treatment of the scientific process management cycle, namely, PDCA. So that the unplanned extubation rate fell to 2.72 percent from 0.85 percent, in order to improve the quality management of the critically ill patients. |
