血浆BNP水平与心力衰竭分级和预后的关系

目的：探讨血浆BNP水平与心力衰竭分级和预后情况。方法：采用惠普5500型号的超声心动图和彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,对左室射血分数（LVEF）、测定血浆BNP的指数进行测定。结果：HF组之间BNP水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;NYHAⅡ级与Ⅲ级LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;NYHAⅡ级、Ⅲ级分别与NYHAⅣ级LVEF比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。血浆BNP水平高的死亡率较高,相反血浆BNP水平低的死亡率较低。结论：血浆BNP水平与心力衰竭呈现负相关。

Plasma BNP level and grade and prognosis of heart failure

Objective：To evaluate the plasma BNP levels and heart failure classification and prognosis.Methods：HP 5500 Model echocardiography and color Doppler ultrasonography of the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,plasma BNP were measured indicators.Results：HF group differences between the BNP level was significantly（P0.01）;NYHA Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade level and no significant difference in LVEF（P0.05）,NYHA Ⅱ grade,Ⅲ grade level were LVEF and NYHA Ⅳ dif-ference statistically significant（P0.01）.High levels of plasma BNP higher mortality rates,on the contrary the mortality rate of low levels of plasma BNP schools.Conclusion：Plasma BNP levels showed negative correlation with heart failure.
