摘    要:目的探讨泌尿系感染病原菌的分布及耐药性,为临床正确诊断及科学合理地使用抗生素提供可靠的参考依据。方法对2006年1月-2008年10月间,我院住院及门诊698例患者尿培养分离出的尿路感染病原菌283株进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果698例泌尿系感染标本共检出病原菌20种283株,其中以真菌光滑念珠菌最高,占13.43%。其次是白色念珠菌占11.31%,链球菌占10.60%。结论近几年由于抗生素的滥用,泌尿系病原菌的分布情况和耐药情况都发生了很大的变化,使用时间长、使用次数较频繁的抗生素已对细菌表现出较强的耐药性。所以临床医师必须遵守抗生素使用原则,严格掌握其适应症,合理使用抗生素,控制和预防耐药菌感染的发生和流行。

The analysis of 698 cases about distribution of urinary tract infection pathogen and drug resistance

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of urinary tract infection pathogen and drug resistance,it is rational for the correct clinical diagnosis,to use the antibiotics scientificly and to provide a reliable reference.Methods Between January 2006 and October 2008,the urine of 698 patients inpatient and outpatient,was cultured isolated from urinary tract infection pathogens 283 strains to the identification and sensitivity test.Results 698 cases of urinary tract infection specimens with 20 kinds of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 283 strains,of which with smooth fungus Candida with 13.43% was the highest,the next one was Candida albicans with 11.31%,and with 10.60% was Streptococcus.Conclusions In the recent years,because of the abuse of antibiotics,the distribution of urinary tract pathogens and drug resistance have changed a lot,the using time was long and the times of using antibiotics were frequently and has become more frequently in bacteria showed strong resistance.Therefore,clinicians must comply with the principles of antibiotic using,strictly control the indications,rationally use antibiotics,control and prevent the occurrence and prevalence the infection of drug-resistance bacteria.
