| 摘 要： | 目的：测定颅脑损伤患者伤后不同时间血清中表皮生长因子（epiderml growthfactor，EGF）浓度和超氧化物岐化酶（superoxide dismutase，SOD）活力的变化，探讨其在颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡时的作用及随损伤时间变化的规律，为4if,床治疗颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡的新途径提供理论依据。方法：测定42例颅脑损伤患者伤后即刻、3d、7d、14d血清中EGF浓度，SOD的活力。结果：颅脑损伤后并发应激性溃疡时EGF、SOD浓度显著低于非应激性溃疡组。结论：EGF浓度、SOD活力与颅脑损伤后并发应激性溃疡密切相关，可能EGF、SOD在维持胃黏膜屏障的完整性、促进损伤胃黏膜的修复等方面具有重要作用。
