| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨精神分裂症患者的病前适应能力与攻击行为的关系。方法 对 13 3名精神分裂症患者给予攻击行为量表 (OAS)、病前适应能力量表 (PAS ,儿童期 )测定。结果 伴攻击行为精神分裂症患者儿童期整体病前适应能力较不伴攻击行为精神分裂症患者差 ,在“社交和退缩”、“朋友关系”方面功能明显降低。结论 精神分裂症患者儿童期病前适应困难可能增高未来攻击行为发生的风险。

| Abstract: | Objective To estimate the relationship between premorbid adjustment and violent behavior in schizophrenic patients. Methods 133 inpatients with diagnosis of schizophrenia to CCMD-3 were monitored with the Overt Aggression Scale and the Premorbid Adjustment Scale in Childhood (up thrto age 11). Results Schizophrenic patients with violent behavior showed an overall worse premorbid adjustment during childhood. In addition, the areas of "sociability and withdrawal" and "peer relationships" were significantly diminished. Conclusion The data indicate that difficulties in social relationships during childhood increase the risk of future violent behavior among schizophrenic patients. |
