| 摘 要： | 医疗卫生体制改革为医院药学的发展提供了良好的机遇。医院药学工作的重要性体现在:药品的采购、供应管理是医院药学部门的任务,是保障医院正常运转的基础;医院制剂能满足医疗工作中的特殊要求,是常规药品必要的补充;直接面对患者的用药咨询能促进合理用药,增强医院竞争力;药师开展的药物经济学研究能够降低医疗成本,减轻患者经济负担;进行药品不良反应监测能够促进医院合理用药;对一些特殊药品进行血药浓度监测能为临床个体化给药提供依据;深入开展药学服务能加强与医生护士的沟通,最终达到合理用药的目的。

| Abstract: | The hospital pharmacy has a good opportunity to go forward accompany with the reform of medical system. However, the hospital pharmacy hasn't been payed enough attention to. In fact, the hospital pharmacy plays an important role in hospitals, including: supplying medicine, preparatum, consultation, research of medicine economics, adverse effect monitoring and pharmacy service. |
