牙科患儿拒诊行为的因素分析及护理对策

目的：探讨牙科患儿拒诊行为的各种因素及护理对策。方法：通过对我科1200名牙科患儿的行为进行临床观察分析。拒诊原因主要有内向胆小的性格；患儿在就诊中有疼痛的经历；对牙科疾病性质的认识不够；患儿家长的态度；医护人员的言行举止等导致患儿产生恐惧心理而拒诊。结果：针对不同原因的牙科患儿采取不同的护理对策，使牙科患儿复诊拒诊率降低了41％。结论：牙科患儿的拒诊行为严重影响了儿童口腔的保健，对患儿进行相应的心理护理、行为训练、及不同年龄患儿的护理技术，可有效地减少患儿的拒诊行为。

The related factors of medical examination resistance by childrenpatients in dentistry department and the nursing strategies

Objective: To discuss the related factors of medical examination resistance by children patients in dentistry department and the nursing strategies. Methods: The behavior of 1200 children patients examined in our department were observed. The reason of medical examination resistance was feeling of fear arising from character of cowardice and diffidence, experiences of pain in past medical examination, lack of knowledge about dentistry disease, attitude of parent, and behaviors of doctors and nurses. Results: After the different nursing strategies were adopted aiming at the different reasons, the rate of medical examination resistance was decreased 41% in the further examination. Conclusion: Medical examination resistance affect the health protection of oral cavity in children patients, and psychological nursing, behavior training, nursing technique according to different ages may decrease the medical examination resistance effectively.
