| 摘 要： | 目的进一步了解病案质量的重要性。方法列举医疗工作中的典型事例,从病案的作用阐述病案质量的重要性。结果提高病案管理质量,应着重抓病案首页质量管理。结论提高病案书写质量,应加强＂三基＂培训和医师临床思维的培养。
