曲美他嗪对2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭的影响

目的 探讨曲美他嗪对糖尿病合并心力衰竭病人心功能的影响。方法 糖尿病合并心力衰竭病人60例，随机分为对照组30例，进行常规治疗；曲美他嗪组30例，在常规治疗基础上给予曲美他嗪30mg，每日3次。治疗前和治疗后第2周，5周分别测量血浆脑钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide．BNP）水平和心超检查左心室射血分数（1eft ventricular ejection fraction，LVEF）和左心室舒张末径（1eft ventricular end-diastolic dimension，LVEDd）。结果 与对照组相比，加用曲美他嗪5周后对能进一步使糖尿病合并心力衰竭病人的BNP浓度和LVEDd下降，而LVEF明显上升。结论 曲美他嗪能明显改善糖尿病合并心力衰竭病人的心功能。

Effects of trimetazidine on improvement of cardiac function in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with heart failure

Objectives To evaluate the effects of trimetazidine on improvement of cardiac function in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with heart failure. Methods The study was designed as a randomized,control trial.Sixty type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with heart failure were divided into two groups(30 patients in control group,30 patients in trimetazidine group) receiving routine therapy or routine therapy plus trimetazidine (30 mg tid). The data of BNP level and ventricular function(including LVEF,LVEDd) were measured by echocardiography in the patients at baseline,2 and 5 weeks after treatment. Results Five-week therapy could increase LVEF remarkably,and decrease LVEDd and BNP level in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with heart failure with routine therapy plus trimetazidine compared with control group. Conclusions Trimetazidine can improve cardiac function in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with heart failure.
