康惠尔减压贴防治压疮的临床研究

目的探讨快捷、有效的防治压疮的方法。方法对60例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮患者,分为实验组及对照组各30例,实验组30例压疮患者应用康惠尔减压贴,对照组30例压疮患者采用50%乙醇按摩局部,碘伏消毒创面,红外线照射等常规方法进行治疗。结果实验组显效率96.7%、治愈率93.3%、愈合时间（7.1±3.7）d;对照组显效率60.0%、治愈率40.0%、愈合时间（15.2±6.9）d,两组比较,P〈0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论用康惠尔减压贴治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮可明显缩短疗程和提高治愈率。
