| 摘 要： | 对8例脑膜瘤，1例神经纤维肉瘤患者进行了明胶海绵粉颈外动脉栓塞术。结果示肿瘤血管减少或完全消失。术中出血减少，肿瘤组织坏死。本组无严重并发症。

| Abstract: | Preoperative transcather external carotid artery embolization was performed by gelfoam powder in 8 patients with meningioma and one patient with neurofibrosarcoma. The results showed that tumor vessels diminished or completely disappeared with the decrease of bleeding in operation and necrosis of the tumor tissue, There was no serious complication in the group. |
