不同剂量I~(131)治疗甲状腺机能亢进症的临床效果观察

目的:探讨不同剂量I131治疗甲状腺机能亢进症的临床疗效。方法:将72例甲状腺机能亢进症患者随机分为小剂量组和常规剂量组,每组36例,分别给予50~80μCi/g和100~120μCi/g甲状腺组织的I131治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果及甲减发生率。结果:两组患者治疗1年后血清FT3、FT4及TSH较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治愈率及总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);小剂量组早发甲减的发生率为5.56%,明显低于常规剂量组的19.44%(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量I131治疗甲状腺机能亢进症可减少甲减的发生率,且不影响治疗效果。

Observation on the Potency of Different Doses of Iodine-131 in Treating Hyperthyroidism

Objective Discuss the potency of different doses of iodine-131 in treating hyperthyroidism.Methods The 72 patients of hyperthyroidism were equally divided into small-doses and regular-doses groups.They received iodine-131 treatment for thyroid tissues at 50 - 80 μ. Ci/g and 100 - 120 μ Ci/g,respectively,Results and hypothyroidism incidence among both groups were observed.Results Sertan FT3,FT4 and TSH among both groups improved enormously after one year of treatment（P 〈 0.05）;and it was statistically insignificant to compare the rate of cure and overall potency between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）.The hypothyroidism incidence was 5.56% for the small-doses group,visibly lower than 19.44% for the regular-doses group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Using small doses of iodine-131 can achieve reduced incidence of hypothyroidism while maintaining the treatment potency.
