| Abstract: | We report a newborn with bilious vomiting and the rare combination of pyloric atresia, annular pancreas and ectopic drainage of the common bile duct into the lesser curvature of the gastric antrum. Radiologic, sonographic and percutaneous transhepatic transcholecystic cholangiographic (PTTC) findings, with surgical correlation, are presented. |
