高压氧治疗卒中后抑郁症疗效观察

目的 观察高压氧治疗卒中后抑郁症的疗效.方法 将80例卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组（高压氧组）和对照组（氟西汀组）,比较两组治疗前、后抑郁评分（HAMD）,神经功能缺损评分（MESSS）和日常生活活动能力评分（ADL）.结果 两组病例在治疗前、后HAMD评分和MESSS评分降低,MBI评分增加（P＜0.05）;组间比较,3个月时两组各项评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,6个月时治疗组各项评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 高压氧能够改善卒中后抑郁症患者的抑郁症状和神经功能.

Effect of hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of post-stroke depression

Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) in the treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods Eighty cases of PSD were divided into 2 groups.The severity of depression was scored with HAMD.The severity of neurological function defaults was scored with MESSS.The severity of ADL was scored with MBI.The results were compared before and 3 months and 6 months after the treatment.Results The scores of HAMD and MESSS were decreased and the scores of MBI were increased significatly in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).No significant difference in scores between the two groups were found after 3 months of treatmant(P>0.05).The reduction of the scores of HAMD and MESSS and the increase of MBI were significantly greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HBO can inprove depressive symptoms and neurological function.
