AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折

自的探讨经AF内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法对36例胸腰段骨折患者给予AF系统内固定或同时行椎板减压术。结果术后6～18个月随访，脊柱生理弯曲，椎体前缘高度恢复理想，未见脊柱失稳。结论AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折具有复位满意、手术创伤小、操作简单、内固定牢固、容许患者早期下床活动，是治疗胸腰椎骨折的良好的内固定器械。

Treatment of Thoracolumbar Spinal Fractures Using Atlas Fixation System

Objective To explore the clinical results of thoracolumbar spinal fractures treated with Atlas Fixation （AF） system. Methods 36 patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture with AF system,meanwhile,some of them were decompressed. Results 36 cases were followed up from 6 to 18 months. The anterior height of vertebraI bodies were recovered. The naturaI curvature of the spinal were recovered. Conclusion AF system has the advantages such as satisfactory reduction,minor surgical injury, easy handling and solid fixation as well as the early mobilization of the patients in treatment of the thoracolumbar fracture. It is an effective treatment instrument for the thoracolumbar fracture.
