益气健脑治疗脑卒中后排尿障碍的临床研究米

目的观察益气健脑治疗方案对脑卒中后排尿障碍的疗效。方法将62例急性脑卒中后尿失禁（无抑制性神经源性膀胱）患者。随机分为两组，均在卒中2级防治方案基础上治疗。对照组31例予盆底肌肉训练（PFME）康复治疗。干预组中阳气虚亚组17例给予参附注射液40～60mL，奥德金（注射用小牛血去蛋白提取物）1.2g人液静滴，每日1次；阴气虚亚组14例给予参麦注射液40—60mL，新欧瑞（注射用小牛血去蛋白提取物）1．2g入液静滴，每日1次。治疗14d。对两组患者进行治疗前、后排尿日记、膀胱容量测定、并比较其疗效。结果治疗后干预组、对照组患者72h尿频次、单次尿量均高于治疗前（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）。干预组临床疗效优于对照组（均P＜0．05）。结论益气健脑方案对脑卒中后排尿障碍的治疗有显著的疗效。

Study of Yiqijiannao Method on Urination Disorders after Stroke

Objective： To observe the Yiqijiannao method on urination disorders after stroke. Methods： 62 cases with urination disorders after stroke were randomly divided into the control group with 31 patients and the treatment group with 31 cases. The control group was used the rehabilitation training. The treatment goup was divided into the Yangqi deficiency group with Shenfu Injection plus deproteinised calf blood serum injection and the Yinqi deficiency group with Shenfu Injection plus deproteinised calf blood serum injection. After 14 days,some indices were compared in these groups sucha as the urination diary, the bladder volume and the clinical effects. Results： After being given these therapies ,the urination frequency and the bladder volume in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is effective of the Yiqijiannao method on urination disorders after stroke.
