中医治疗狼疮性肾炎用药规律的文献研究冰

目的探讨中药治疗狼疮性肾炎的用药规律。方法收集2000年至2013年中医治疗狼疮肾炎的文献，分析探讨中药治疗狼疮。肾炎的用药规律，并进行统计分析。结果56篇治疗狼疮性肾炎的文献中，涉及中药196味，累计使用1276次；使用频率超过1％的中药共29味，累计使用频次702次，累计频率55．02％；清热药、补虚药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、收涩药5类药使用较多，累积频率达84.41％；清热药中以清热凉血药和清热解毒药为主，补虚药中以补气和补阴药为主。结论狼疮性肾炎多用清热药凉血解毒、补虚药益气养阴．兼以活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、收敛药等共同治疗．

Literature Research on Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Lupus Nephritis MA

Objective： To explore the law of traditional Chinese medicine treating Lupus nephritis （LN）. Methods： 56 papers concerning TCM treatment of LN from 2000 to 2013 were collected and an analysis of drug laws was made with statistical methods. Results： Among the literatures, 196 kinds of traditional Chinese herbs were involved and repeated 1276 times altogether in these papers. There were 29 TCM herbs used over 1% of usage frequency ,with the total number of 702 times altogether. The cumulative frequency of that was 55.02%. Five kinds of herbs whose cumulative frequency up to 84.41% Were commonly used for clearing heat,reinforcing deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, removing dampness and promoting diuresis, and inducing astringency. Heat-clearing and blood-cooling, and heat-clearing and toxin detoxicating herbs were mainly used in heat-clearing medicine. On the other hand,invigorating qi and invigorating yin herbs were among the most frequent used reinforcing-deficiency medicine. Conclusion： Heat-clearing herbs for cooling blood and detoxifying,reinforcing-deficiency herbs for supplementing qi and nourishing ）,in,blood-activating and stasis-eliminating herbs,removing dampness and promoting diuresis herbs, as well as astringent are Usually used treating Lupus nephritis.
