针刺结合腰背肌力训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的 观察深刺华佗夹脊穴结合腰背肌力训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 将患者63例随机分为治疗组32例、对照组31例,治疗组采用针刺病变部位华佗夹脊穴腰3、4、5,秩边、环跳、委中、承山,同时配合腰背肌力训练;对照组采用毫针针刺上述腧穴.根据疼痛强度、直腿抬高度数等指标进行观察,并统计两组治疗后疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为93.75％;高于对照组的83.87％ （P＜ 0.05）.结论 针刺结合腰背肌力训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果明显优于单纯针刺治疗.

Acupuncture Combined with Lumbar Dorsal Muscle Training in the Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of deep stabbing Huatuo ridge point combined with lumbar and dorsal muscle training treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods：63 cases with lumbar disc prolapse were randomly divided into treatment group （32 cases） and control group （31 cases）.The treatment group was given acupuncture at Huatuo ridge points （L3、L4、L5）,Zhibian,Huantiao,Weizhong,and Chengshan.At the same time low back muscle strength training was added.The control group was given the same points of acupuncture treatment alone.Pain intensity and straight leg-raising degree index were observed.Curative effects of two groups were calculated after treatment.Results：The clinical curative effect of treatment group （93.75％） was better than that of control group （83.87％）,and the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with lumbar and dorsal muscle training is superior to simple acupuncture treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
