台州地区医学生医院暴力认知状况调查

目的：了解医学生对医院暴力的认知状况及医院暴力事件对医学生的影响.方法：用自制调查表于2013年11月对台州地区1510名医学生进行调查.结果：90.11％的学生知晓医院暴力,不同专业、年级医学生医院暴力知晓率差异有统计学意义;对医院暴力事件的获知途径绝大多数来源于网络;81.50％的医学生认为医疗体制不健全是导致医院暴力发生的最主要原因;52.67％的医学生表示医院暴力事件后,自己压力很大,职业选择有动摇.结论：医院暴力事件对医学生专业学习及职业前景产生一定程度的影响;维持医学生坚定的职业信念需要医学教育者和全社会的共同努力.

Investigation of Medical Students' Cognition on Hospital Violence in Taizhou

Objective：To understand medical students＇cognition on hospital violence and its influence on medical students.Methods：1510 medical students were investigated in November,2013.Results：90.11％ students knew hospital violence.The students＇awareness rate on hospital violence in different majors and different grades were different.Most students got to know hospital violence through the network.81.50％ medical students thought that the non-perfect medical system was the main reason for the occurrence of hospital violence; 52.67％ students felt great pressure after hospital violence and their occupation choice might be changed.Conclusion：Hospital violence has a certain impact on professional learning and the occupation prospects of medical students.Medical educators and the whole society should make great efforts to help medical students to shape the finn occupational belief.
