糖栓通颗粒治疗糖尿病性脑梗死临床观察

目的 观察糖栓通颗粒治疗糖尿病性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 将160例糖尿病性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,每组80例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服糖栓通颗粒,疗程均为3个月.结果 治疗组治疗后总有效率、临床积分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）.治疗组与对照组治疗后餐后2h血糖、三酰甘油、糖化血红蛋白有显著差异（P＜0.05）;治疗组与对照组治疗后全血黏度低切、红细胞聚集指数有显著差异（P＜0.05）;治疗组治疗后临床神经功能缺损程度评分、ADL评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 糖栓通颗粒治疗糖尿病性脑梗死疗效显著.

Clinical Observation of Tangshuantong Granule on Patients with Diabetic Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To observe the effect of Tangshuantang Granule in the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction, Methods： 160 cases of diabetic cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 80 eases in each group. The control group was used the conventional western medicine treatment.Treatment group was given the Tangshuantong Granule plus therapies in the control group.The course of treatment was three months. Results： After treatment,the treatment group total efficiency and clinical score were better than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. There was some significant differences of postprandial 2h glucose（PBG）,triglyceride （TG） ,glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c） between the treatment group and the control group after treatment （P〈 0.05）. Meanwhile,there were statistical differences between the treatment group and the control group after treatment in the whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation indices （P〈 0.05）;After treatment, clinical neurologic rating,ADL score were superior to those of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： It is effective of the Tangshttantong Granule on the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction.
