毫针配合膀胱训练治疗脑卒中后尿失禁临床观察

目的 观察毫针配合膀胱训练治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的临床疗效.方法 将80例患者随机分为两组,各40例.对照组给予原发病的基础药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加上毫针及膀胱训练的综合疗法治疗.比较治疗前后患者尿失禁的改善程度.结果 治疗组治疗后总有效率为82.50％,高于对照组的55.00％（P＜0.05）.两组治疗后尿垫指数及临床症状评分均较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05）,且治疗组改善更明显（P＜0.05）.结论 毫针配合膀胱训练治疗脑卒中后尿失禁可有效改善患者尿失禁症状.

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture combined with Bladder Training on Patients with Urinary Incontinence after Stroke

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with bladder training in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given basic drug therapy while treatment group on the basis of that was given additional filiform needle acupuncure and bladder training. Compare the level of urinary incontinence of the 2 groups before and after the treatment. Results： After treatment,effective rate ih treatment group was 82.50%,markedly higher than 55.00% in control group （P〈 0.05）. In two groups,the urine pad index and the syndrome scores were improved significantly （P〈 0.05）. The treatment group was more obvious in these improvements （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with bladder training treating urinary incontinence after stroke can be effective in improving symptoms of urinary incontinence,which is safety with no side effect.
