摘    要:目的观察清肠栓对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)急性期模型结肠黏膜CINC-1蛋白含量的影响。方法SD大鼠48只,分为正常组、模型组、清肠栓组和SASP组,每组12只。用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBs)诱导大鼠UC急性期模型。造模后第3日开始给药,连续给药7 d后处死。ELISA检测病变部位结肠组织中的CINC-1蛋白含量。结果 CINC-1蛋白含量,模型组较正常组明显升高(P0.05),清肠栓组及SASP组较模型组均降低(P0.05)。结论清肠栓通过调节结肠黏膜CINC-1蛋白含量,减少中性粒细胞向病变局部黏膜组织的趋化和激活,从而起到缓解病变部位炎症的作用。

Effect of Qingchang Suppository on CINC-1 in an Experimental Rat Model of Acute Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Qingchang Suppository (QS) on CINC-1 in colon mucosa of an experimental rat model of acute ulcerative colitis.Methods:48 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 equal groups,twelve animals in each group such as:normal control,blank,QS solution,SASP solution.Rats model of ulcerative colitis were brought about by TNBs.Beginning from the third day,except for the normal group,each group was treated with an enema of 0.9% NACL,QS,SASP respectively.These rats were sacrificed 1 week later.Elisa was used to measure the content of CINC-1 in colon.Results:Compared to normal control,protein content of CINC-1 was increased in blank (P< 0.05),however QS solution and SASP solution are decreased compared to blank (P< 0.05).Conclusion:QS can reduce the infiltration and activation of polymorphnuclear neutrophil (PMN) by regulating the protein content of CINC-1 in colon mucosa,and then to cure acute ulcerative colitis.
