| 摘 要： | 目的观察清肠栓对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)急性期模型结肠黏膜CINC-1蛋白含量的影响。方法SD大鼠48只,分为正常组、模型组、清肠栓组和SASP组,每组12只。用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBs)诱导大鼠UC急性期模型。造模后第3日开始给药,连续给药7 d后处死。ELISA检测病变部位结肠组织中的CINC-1蛋白含量。结果 CINC-1蛋白含量,模型组较正常组明显升高(P0.05),清肠栓组及SASP组较模型组均降低(P0.05)。结论清肠栓通过调节结肠黏膜CINC-1蛋白含量,减少中性粒细胞向病变局部黏膜组织的趋化和激活,从而起到缓解病变部位炎症的作用。

Effect of Qingchang Suppository on CINC-1 in an Experimental Rat Model of Acute Ulcerative Colitis |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Qingchang Suppository （QS） on CINC-1 in colon mucosa of an experimental rat model of acute ulcerative colitis.Methods：48 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 equal groups,twelve animals in each group such as：normal control,blank,QS solution,SASP solution.Rats model of ulcerative colitis were brought about by TNBs.Beginning from the third day,except for the normal group,each group was treated with an enema of 0.9％ NACL,QS,SASP respectively.These rats were sacrificed 1 week later.Elisa was used to measure the content of CINC-1 in colon.Results：Compared to normal control,protein content of CINC-1 was increased in blank （P＜ 0.05）,however QS solution and SASP solution are decreased compared to blank （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：QS can reduce the infiltration and activation of polymorphnuclear neutrophil （PMN） by regulating the protein content of CINC-1 in colon mucosa,and then to cure acute ulcerative colitis. |
