摘 要: | 目的探究电针任督脉对局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠神经功能和神经细胞凋亡的影响。方法采用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型,利用改良的神经功能缺损评分表(mNSS)观察治疗后大鼠神经行为学变化情况,并采用脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)检测其大脑皮层神经细胞凋亡情况,以及电针任督脉对其的影响。结果大鼠造模后mNSS显著升高,且大脑皮层TUNEL阳性细胞数明显增多:与同时期模型组比较,电针任督脉组脑缺血再灌注7d、14d和28d其mNSS和TUNEL阳性细胞数明显降低。结论电针任督脉可能通过抑制脑缺血再灌注后皮层神经细胞凋亡和改善神经功能缺损来改善脑缺血损伤。

Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of conception and governor vessel electro-acupuncture on the neurological function and cellular apoptosis in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods: The MCAO rats were prepared with thread embolism method. Following electro-acupuncture intervention,the neurological behavior changes were observed with modified neurological severe scores (mNSS),and the cellular apoptosis was detected with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling(TUNEL) method. Results: After modeling establishment,the mNSS and the number of TUNEL-positive cells were apparently increased. Compared with those in the MCAO group at the same time-points,the mNSS and the number of TUNEL-positive cells in the electro-acupuncture group were apparently decreased. Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture at conception and governor vessels may protect the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuries via inhibiting cellular apoptosis at the cerebral cortex and improving the neurological functions. |
