蜂针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

目的 观察蜂针治疗不同中医证型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效,分析总结蜂针治疗本病的适宜中医证型.方法 按照中医辨证将膝骨性关节炎分为行痹、痛痹、着痹、热痹4个证型组,用活蜂蛰刺患膝阿是穴、内外膝眼、鹤顶穴、梁丘、血海.每周治疗2次,2周为l疗程.结果 蜂针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎中,痛痹组及着痹组的总有效率、症状体征评分的改善情况明显优于行痹组及热痹组（P＜0.05）.结论 蜂针疗法更适合痛痹、着痹证型的膝骨性关节炎.

Clinical Observation of Bee Acupuncture Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective：To observe the effects of bee acupuncture treating different TCM syndromes of knee osteoarthritis and to summarize the suitable TCM syndromes treated by bee acupuncture.Methods：According to syndrome differentiation of TCM,patients were divided into migratory arthralgia group,cold arthralgia group,damp arthralgia group,and hot arthralgia group.Bee sting was used at the following points：Ashi point,Xiyan （EX-LE5）,Dubi（ST-35）,Heding（EX-LE2）,Liangqiu （ST34）,Xuehai（SP10）,Liangqiu （ST34）,with 2 times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,the curative effect was observed.Results：The total effective rate,improvement of symptoms,and signs scores of cold arthralgia group and damp arthralgia group were superior to those of the other two groups （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Bee acupuncture is more suitable for cold arthralgia group and damp arthralgia group in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
