针刺加细灸条着肤灸治疗带状疱疹临床研究

目的客观评价针刺加细灸条着肤灸治疗带状疱疹的临庥疗效。方法将62例带状疱疹患者随机分治疗组32例和对照组30例。治疗组采用针刺加细灸条着肤灸治疗，对照组用西医常规治疗。结果治疗组止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间均短于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组疼痛缓解程度、疼痛持续时间均于优对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组总有效率96．88％，明显高于对照组总有效率90．00％（P〈0．05）。结论针刺加细灸条着肤灸治疗带状疱疹有显著疗效，能有效控制疱疹发展，缓解疼痛，缩短病程，提高治愈率，值得临床推广应用。

C linical Observation on Therapy of Acupuncture with Fine.-strip Moxibustion on 62 Cases of Herpes Zoster

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture with fine-strip moxibustion on treating herpes zoster. Methods： 62 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups. 32 cases were in the treatment group and 30 cases were in the control group. The test group was treated with acupuncture with fine-strip moxibustion,While,the control group was treated on conventionall medication. Results： The treatment group had better effects on calleviating the clinical symptoms and characterization. The time of blisters-stop, scab off, scap 〉/ 50% and the pain continuancet in the treatment group were shorter remarkably than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher ,obviously than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of acupuncture with fine-strip moxibustion has fairly good effect to treat herpes zoster.It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and characterization to improve the cure rate.
