综合护理干预对局麻下行胸腔镜手术病人的效果研究

目的:探讨综合护理干预对局麻下行胸腔镜手术病人的焦虑程度、不良反应及并发症的影响。方法:将152例局麻下行胸腔镜手术病人随机分为对照组(n=76例)和实验组(n=76例),均于术前3d巡视病人,常规护理,实验组同时进行心理干预、腹式呼吸、意念放松等训练,分别将两组病人对手术的焦虑程度、不良反应及并发症进行比较。结果:两组病人在手术日紧张焦虑程度、术中不良反应、术后并发症发生率方面比较,差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:对局麻下行胸腔镜手术病人实施积极的心理干预使实验组较对照组焦虑程度明显减轻,不良反应显著减少,并发症明显降低,效果优于常规护理。

Study on the effect of integration nursing intervention in patients with thoracoscopic operation

Objective:Probe into the effect of integration nursing intervention of patients'anxiety,side effect and complication with thoracoscopic operation.Method:152 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=76)and test group (n=76),given them normal nursing before operation,but the test group given some training such as psychological intervention,relaxation,deep breathing compared patients' anxiety,side effect and complications between two groups.Result:There was remarkable difference in anxiety in operation,side effect during operation and complications after operation(p<0.05),Conclusion:The result shows that using integration nursing intervention could reduce patients'anxiety,side effect and complications,it is better than normal nursing.
