3D—TOF法磁共振血流成像对脑血管疾病的诊断价值

摘    要:报告55例脑血管疾病的3D-TOF法和MRA和常规MRI(其中21例经DSA证实)。结果3D-TOF法MRA不仅能较为清晰地显示脑血管疾病的异常血管,且能作出定性、定位诊断。提出3D-TOF法MRA对脑血管疾病的诊断价值高于MRI、SPECT、X-CT,尤其是动静脉畸形、静脉型血管畸形(静脉瘤)、瘤体直径>5mn的动脉瘤和严重狭窄和闭塞的动脉。

Abstract:The diagnostic evaluation of intracranial vascular lesions was made by the comparative study of three-dimensional time-of-flight (3D-TOF) MRA, routine MRI and DSA. 55 patients with intracranial vascular diseases were studied by 3D-TOF, MRA and routine MRI. Among them, 21 cases were also studied by DSA. The intracranial vascular diseases were major arterial stenosis or occlusions (17 cases) ,aneurysms (15 cases),AVM (20 cases) and others (3 cases). 3D-TOF MRA may be an important method for helping the demonstraction of intracranial vascular lesions, especially for AVM, venose malformation, aneurysm of diameter more than 5 mm and severe narrow of occlusive artery. But, it cannot replace the angiography.
