| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白内障超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术的手术技巧和并发症的预防及处理,并观察术后疗效。方法 对843例白内障患者实施了白内障双手原位超声乳化联合囊袋内人工晶状体棺入术。结果 术后第1天视力≥4.7者683例(81％);4.0～4.7者160例(19％)後囊破裂42例(5％),角膜内皮水肿42例(5％)结论 双手原位超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术具有切口小、术後散光少、视力恢复快及手术成功率高等优点

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the surgical techniques of cataract emulsification and intraocular lens implanlation. the effect as well as the prevention and management of complication. Methods Double-hands orthotopic emulsiiicalion and inlracapsular len.-implantation was performed in 843 cases of cataract. Results The 1-1 day after the surgery, the visual acuity was >= 4.7 in 546 eases (81%) and was between 4.0 and 4.7 in 160 cases (19%). Posterior capsule rupture and corneal edema occurred in 42 (5%) and 42 (5%) cases respectively. Conclusion Double-hand ortholopic cataract emulsilication and lens implantation has the advantage of small incision, few incidence of postoperative astigmia, rapid recovery and higher success rate. |
