| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定蛇胆陈皮散中牛磺胆酸钠含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，岛津Shim-pack C18（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充荆，乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（24：76）为流动相，检测波长为210nm，流速为1mL／min。结果牛磺胆酸钠进样量线性范围是0．803-4．016μg，r=0．9995，平均回收率为99.08％，RSD=1.9％。结论HPLC法简便、专属性好、准确、重现性好．可用于蛇胆陈皮散的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of sodium taurocholate in Shedanchenpi Powder. Methods The system was equipped with Shimadzu Shim-pack C18 （250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） analytical column, using acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphori （24：76） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range dium taurocholate was 0. 803 - 4. 016 μg, r = 0. 999 5. The average recovery rate was 99. 08% , RSD = 1.9%. Conclusion The method is simple, specific, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Shedanchenoi Powder. |
