| 摘 要： | 总结了1例急性心肌梗死PCI术后反复发生支架内血栓形成的护理体会。护理要点包括:密切观察胸痛及生命体征、心电图的变化,安全用药护理,心理护理,出院指导。患者经过及时的抢救与细致的护理,康复出院。

| Abstract: | This paper described the nursing care experience of a patient with acute myocardial infarction who developed the acute and subacute stent thrombosis repeatedly after PCI.The main points included observating chest pain and vital sign closely,variation of ECG,nursing care of safe medication,mental nursing,directions of discharge.This patient rehabilitation discharged at last via timely emergency rescue and careful nursing care. |
