下泪小管断裂吻合术14例临床分析

目的 探讨下泪小管断裂吻合术中寻找断端的简易方法及支撑物选择。方法 14例下泪小管断裂患者，在显微镜或头戴放大镜下，以硬膜外导管作支撑物，直视联合注水或注入亚甲蓝标记法寻找断端。结果 14例下泪小管断裂患者全部治愈。结论 伤后5天内的下泪小管断裂，无论是否作过清创缝合术，在显微镜或头戴放大镜下，直视法联合注水或注入亚甲蓝标记法，均可顺利地找到断端，吻合成功，应作为首选方法。

Clinical analysis of surgical treatments in 14 cases of lower canalicular laceration

Objective To discuss easier method in repair of lower canalicular laceration.Methods 14 cases of lower canalicular laceration were treated.Under operation microscope or loupe,the block anesthesia outside mater spinalis were used to prop laceration, water or methylene blue was injected to look for the breakpoint of the canaliculus.Results The 14 caes of lower canalicular laceration were all cured.Conclusion The cases of lower canalicular laceration could be looked for under operation loupe or operation microscope through directly look or injection of water or methylene blue,and made anastomosis, it should be consider the first way.
