温热药物在温病治疗中的运用

摘    要:温热药物其性属阳,分辛温(热)、甘温(热)、苦温三大类。可用于温病各期:初起少佐辛温以疏表透邪;中期少佐温通以理气活血,截断温邪深入传变;极期主施辛温开窍;后期少佐温药通阳化气,使阴得阳助而化生乃复,“壮火食气”者当大剂温热以急救回阳。湿温病当更多运用温药,因为湿邪非辛不开、非苦不降、非温不化。其用于温病的基本作用一为透邪,二为扶正。温热药物治疗温病时,应在辨证论治、三因治宜的前提下谨慎运用。

Abstract:Drugs warm and heat in nature pertain to yang, which are divided into three categories: drugs of purgent-warm,sweet-warm and biter-warm.They can be used in every stage of the febrile diseases.The purgent-warm durgs were used to dispell the pathological factor from the exterior of the body and clear pathogens in the first stage.The warm drugs were used to regulate the flow of qi and promote blood circulation in the middle stage.The purgent-warm drugs were used to induce resuscitation at the extreme stage.The warm drugs were used to activate yang and promote qi at the late stage.If sthenic fire consumes qi,large dosage of warm drugs were used to recuperate depleted yang and rescue the patient from collapse.Most damp and febrile diseases should be treated with warm drugs since only the drugs purgent,bitter and warm in nature can remove the pathogenic dampness.The mechanism of application of warm drugs to febrile diseases is to strengthen the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.And warm drugs should be applied cautiously on the premise of syndrome differentiation and three categories of etiologic factors.
