门静脉高压症门奇断流术后近期并发症分析

目的探讨门奇静脉断流术后发生近期并发症的原因。方法对我院2000年5月～2006年5月实施断流术的22例门静脉高压症病例进行回顾性分析。结果22例患者中，术后发生严重并发症5例，发生率为22．7％；急性门静脉血栓形成1例，贲门胃底区胃瘘1例，大量腹水1例，肺部感染2例；无近期内再出血，无肝性脑病发生，无死亡病例。结论门静脉高压症手术近期是否发生严重并发症与手术要点的完成、术中出血量、术前肝功能分级等因素有关。

Analysis of Early Complications after Porta-azygous Devascularization for Portal Hypertension

Objective To discuss the reason of early complications after porta-azygous devascularization. Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of portal hypertention with porta-azygous devascularization in the recent six years were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 22 cases,serious complication occurred in 5 cases after operation, the incidence was 22.7% ;Portal venous thrombosis formed in one case, gastric fundus and cardiac region gastric fistula occurred in one case,mass ascites formed in one case,pulmonary infection occurred in two cases. There was no recurrent bleeding,no hepatic encephalopathy and dead case. Conclusion Whether serious complication occur is correlated with the completion of operation essential,bleeding volume in operation and liver function grade before operation.
