摘    要:本文对参芦、不去芦的全参及红参主根的生物活性进行了比较,观察到三者具有相似的药理作用,急性毒性试验表明三者也无明显差别,认为人参要去除芦头后才能使用的规定不妥,应当予以纠正。

Abstract:This paper deals with the comparative study on the biological activity of the rhizome of ginseng, the whole ginseng and the main root of ginseng. It is found that the pharmacological actions of the three are quite the same, and through acute toxicity test, no obvious difference has been discovered between them. This showed clearly that it's not proper to discard the rhizome when using ginseng.
