| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖皮质激素（激素）延迟给药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者临床疗效的影响。方法治疗组：激素延迟72h给药治疗AECOPD患者共63例。对照组：明确诊断后即予激素治疗，共65例。观察FEV1、PaO2、PaCO2及呼吸困难评分的改善情况。结果治疗组与对照组比，FEV1、PaO2、PaCO2和呼吸困难评分改善更加明显，治疗前后相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论激素延迟72h给药治疗AECOPD患者疗效更加显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of delayed administration of glucocorticoid in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods The treatment group of 63 cases with AECOPD were delayed administrated with glucocorticoid for 72 hours.
