健脾化痰清热方药对湿热困脾证2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白和白细胞介素6的影响

目的:观察健脾化痰清热方药对湿热困脾证2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平变化。方法:对湿热困脾证的2型糖尿病患者105例,采用随机化方法,按照1∶1比例分为二甲双胍组(对照组)、二甲双胍加健脾化痰清热方药组(试验组),试验终点时间为第12周。在治疗前及试验终点时间分别对两组患者血清中的CRP和IL-6进行测定。比较每组内治疗前后血清中的CRP和IL-6的变化,及两组间试验终点时间血清中的CRP和IL-6变化。血清CPR以速率散射浊度法测定,IL-6采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定。结果:湿热困脾证的2型糖尿病患者应用药物12周后,试验组血清中的CRP水平由7.78mg/L下降到6.24mg/L,对照组的CRP水平由7.64mg/L下降到5.56mg/L,两组比较P<0.05,各组内治疗前后比较P<0.05;血清中的IL-6水平,试验组由0.79ng/mL下降到0.62ng/mL,治疗组由0.78ng/mL下降到0.49ng/mL,两组比较P<0.05,各组内治疗前后比较P<0.05。结论:二甲双胍加用健脾化痰清热方药更能降低血清中的CRP和IL-6水平。

Effect of Chinese Medicinal of Fortify the Spleen and Resolve Phlegm on Serumal CRP and IL-6 of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Melllitus of Syndrome of Dampness-Heat Encumbering the Spleen

Objective:To observe the effect of chinese medicinal of fortify the spleen and resolve phlegm on serumal CRP and IL-6 of patients with type 2 diabetes melllitus of syndrome of dampness-heat encumbering the spleen.Methods:98 cases with type 2 diabetes melllitus of syndrome of dampness-heat encumbering the spleen were divided randomly into the control group(was treated with dimethyldiguanide)(n=48)and the test group(was treated with dimethyldiguanide and chinese medicinal of fortify the spleen and resolve phlegm)(n=50).The time of test is 12 weeks.The change of serumal CRP and IL-6 of the two groups patients were observed.The serumal CRP wae determined with Immunonephelometric method,the IL-6 wae determined with double antibody sandwich ELISA method.Results:The serumal CRP of test group decrease from 7.78mg/L to 6.24mg/L(P<0.05),that of control group decrease from 7.64mg/L to 5.56mg/L(P<0.05).There is a different significent between two groups(P<0.05).The IL-6 of test group decrease from 0.79ng/mL to 0.62ng/mL(P<0.05),that of control group decrease from 0.78ng/mL to 0.49ng/mL(P<0.05).There is a different significent between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The dimethyldiguanide combined with the chinese medicinal of fortify the spleen and resolve phlegm can improve serumal CRP and IL-6 better.
