碘缺乏病监测与碘盐监测中居民食用盐指标一致性分析

目的探讨碘缺乏病监测与碘盐监测中碘盐指标间一致性。方法采用统计分析软件SPSS 11.0和CS2000,对山西省2005年碘缺乏病监测和碘盐监测中居民户食用盐数据进行分析。结果两次监测中,除非碘盐率/碘盐覆盖率外,其余无论是均数、中位数,还是碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率,都存在统计学差异。结论系统误差、抽样误差、不实数据的上报可能是导致差异出现的原因。碘盐指标在省级水平应以碘缺乏病监测的结果为准;在县级或市级水平上,可以以碘盐监测的指标为准,但应加强质量控制措施。

Analysis of Uniformity of Edible Salt Indicators Between IDD and Iodized-salt Surveillance

Objective To analyze the uniformity of edible salt indicators between IDD and iodized-salt surveillance.Methods Adopting the soft ware of SPSS 11.0 and CS2000,the data of edible salt of local inhabitants got from IDD and iodized-salt monitor were analyzed.Results Between 2 monitors mentioned above,excepting the cover rate of iodized salt,there were statistics differences about not only mean and median but also the qualified rate of iodized-salt and the ingesting rate of qualified iodized-salt.Conclusions Systemic error,sample error and the reports of inauthentic data may be the reasons those conduct statistics differences.In province level,the iodized-salt indicators should adopt the results of IDD surveillance.In city or county level,the iodized-salt indicators should adopt the results of iodized surveillance,and the quality control should be strengthened.
