前列壮阳胶囊的提取工艺研究

目的：优选前列壮阳胶囊提取工艺的最佳条件,以保证临床用药的安全、有效。方法：以方中君药金钱草、淫羊藿和菟丝子的主要有效成分总黄酮为指标,用正交试验方法对前列壮阳胶囊的制备工艺进行筛选。结果：确定前列壮阳胶囊最佳提取工艺为：将金钱草等十味药材加水煎煮二次,第一次加水8倍量,浸泡1小时,煎煮1小时,第二次加水6倍量,继续煎煮1小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.30（80℃）的浸膏,备用。结论：此工艺流程可直接应用于工业大生产。

Objective： To optimize extract technology of Qianlie Zhuangyang capsules, to assure security and effective. Methods： Select the extract technology of Qianlie Zhuangyang capsule by Orthogonal Test techniques, the total flavone of Lysimachia christinae, Epimedium and Cuscuta chinensis Lam is target. Results： Qianlie Zhuangyang capsule extract technology program ： Lysimachia christinae and other ingredients, boiling twice by water, for the first time adds water 8 time of quantities ,soaking 1hour, boiling 1 hours,for the second time adds water 6 time of quantities, boiling 1 hours again , Merge solution, Filtration .The filtrate was concentrated to the relative density of 1.30（80℃） of the extract by reduced pressure, prepare later to use. Conclusion： This technical process is suitable for large scale production.
