摘    要:立德树人是高校教育的根本任务,医学教育更应如此。近年来,医德问题常成为公众关注的焦点。医疗不良事件的发生不仅使公众对医务人员的职业信任度降低,也给临床医学专业学生带来职业迷茫与困惑。重庆医科大学从2018年开始探索如何在临床医学专业本科人才培养中落实"课程思政""专业思政"。本文通过部分实例,探讨了如何将"思政"融入理论教学的教材、教学大纲及课程设计,如何在临床示教、技能培训、入科教育、教学查房等实践教学活动中加强医学职业道德、职业态度和职业价值观的培育,以及如何在学生管理、教学团队建设及师生考核标准中强化"思政",形成与理论教学、实践教学互相补充、互相促进的临床医学专业"课程思政、专业思政"育人体系,希望能为其他医学院校提供参考。

Abstract:Fostering morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental task of college education, and even more so in medical education. In recent years, medical ethics has become the focus of public attention. The occurrence of medical adverse events not only reduces the public''s professional trust in medical staff, but also brings professional confusion to clinical medical students. Chongqing Medical University has begun to explore how to implement "course ideology and politics" and "professional ideology and politics" in the training of clinical medical professionals since 2018. This study investigated how to integrate "ideology and politics" into theoretical textbooks, syllabuses, and curriculum design, as well as how to improve professional values, ethics and attitudes in clinical teaching, skills training, pre-work training, ward round teaching and other practical teaching activities. Besides, we explored how to strengthen the "ideological and political" construction on student management, teaching team construction and teacher-student evaluation standards to form an ideological and political education system, hoping to provide a reference for other medical schools.
