Management Practice of Outpatient and Emergency Nursing during the Epidemic Period of COVID-19

This paper summarizes the practice of outpatient and emergency nursing management at three main stages regarding the epidemic development of COVID-19, including the establishment of the organization and management system for COVID-19, the adjustment of outpatient and emergency treatment process, the increase of special training for nursing staff at the initial stage of epidemic prevention and control; the establishment of "daily report" system, the formulation of management specifications and emergency plans, the reasonable allocation of nursing manpower, the management of nursing staff, the in-depth special training at the epidemic response stage; and the management of patients, the scientific allocation of nursing manpower, and the enhancement of the psychological construction of nurses at the epidemic consolidation stage, so as to provide reference for the follow-up clinical practice of infectious disease prevention and control.
