| 摘 要： | 目的总结交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的效果及经验。方法对38例胫骨骨折,其中(开放性骨折28例)采用交锁髓内钉静力交锁予以固定。闭合性骨折均行小切口切开复位。结果38例随访6~24个月,平均16个月。38例均出现骨性愈合。平均愈合时间7.5个月。恢复生理轴线,双下肢长度相同。结论交锁髓内钉在治疗胫骨骨折中具有操作简便、创伤小、固定坚强、骨折愈合率高、能早期活动及并发症少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the effect of intermedullary locking nails on the treatment of tibial fracture and its experience.Methods A total of 38 cases of tibial fracture,including 28 cases of open fracture,were performed internal fixation with static intermedullary locking.The cases with closed fracture were reposited via minor incision.Results All the 38 cases were followded up for 16 months(6~24 months).They all achieved synosteoses with a mean time of 7.5 months under the condition of the recovery of physiological axes and the equal length of bilateral legs.Conclusion Intermedullary locking nail should be recommended to treated tibial fracture,for it has the virtue of easy operation,minor injury, locked-in fixation,high fracture healing rate,ability of early movement and fewer complications. |
