上肢深筋膜形态解剖学观察

目的 观察上肢深筋膜形态结构。方法 20例福尔马林固定尸体经乳胶灌注后作上肢逐层解剖、观察。结果 肩部、臂、和前壁后深筋膜，厚约0．4－0.7mm,浅深面连结紧密。臂、前臂前区深筋膜，厚约0．3－0．5nm，连结疏松，前臂深筋膜形成4个肌间隔。手掌内、外侧部和背部的深筋膜较薄，掌心部深筋膜较厚。结论 上肢各部深筋膜厚度、连结不同，前臂有4个肌间隔。

Morphological anatomy of deep fascia in upper limb

Objective To observe the morphological structure of the deep fascia of upper limb. Methods The deep fascia were dissected and observed on 20 upper limb specimens of adult cadavers perfused with red emulsion. Results The thickness of deep fascia in shoulder, the back of arm and forearm is 0.4-0.7 mm approximately, and closely connected with the superficial and deep structures, and that in the anterior region of arm and forearm is about 0.3-0.5 mm, and loosely connected. There are 4 intermuscular septas in forearm. In medial, lateral side and dorsal of hands, the deep fascia is thiner, and the central part is thicker. Conclusion The thickness, connection of deep fascia in different part of upper limb are different, there are 4 intermuscular septas in forearm.
