| 摘 要： | 目的 研究尿沉渣倒置显微镜分析系统,探讨适合推广的规范化和标准化的尿沉渣镜检方法。方法 采用改进的倒置显微镜法进行尿沉渣镜检,并与尿沉渣定量计数板法比较。结果 该分析系统具有良好的重复性和准确性,计数结果与尿沉渣定量计数板法比较在统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 用尿沉渣倒置显微镜分析系统进行尿沉渣检查,操作简便、规范,结果可靠,是目前值得推广的一种尿沉渣镜检方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study upside-down microscopy analyzing system for urine sediment and search a standard method for urine sediment analysis with microscopy. Methods Examined urine sediment with a reformative upside-down microscopy and compared the results with that of Fast-read grid Kid. Results The Upside-down microscopy analyzing system has satisfactory accuracy and precision,and there were no significant differences between the two results(P>0. 05). Conclusion The Upside-do'vn microscopy analyzing system for urine sediment is easy to operate and to be standardization,and its results is reliable. So it deserved to be recommended as a method of urine sediment analysis. |
