| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖神宁颗粒对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的治疗作用。方法对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠早期给予糖神宁颗粒灌胃给药,2个月后测定坐骨神经传导速度,并分离腓肠神经,光镜下行腓肠神经形态学定量分析。结果糖神宁颗粒治疗后大鼠坐骨神经传导速度明显增加。治疗组大鼠腓肠神经有髓鞘神经纤维数量和密度显著高于糖尿病组。结论糖神宁颗粒对实验性糖尿病大鼠周围神经损害有一定的防治作用。
