低浓度布比卡因和罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼分娩镇痛的临床观察

目的观察低浓度布比卡因和罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼持续泵注分娩硬膜外自临床效果。方法 200例自愿接受硬膜外分娩镇痛的初产妇随机分为两组,每组100例,分别予以0.0975%布比卡因(A组)和0.075%罗哌卡因(B组)+0.5μg/mL舒芬太尼进行硬膜外镇痛,以VAS评分≤30mm为镇痛有效,记录第二产程时间、运动阻滞评分、新生儿Apgar评分和不良反应。结果 A、B的年龄,体质量,孕龄,第二产程时间,分娩成功率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。其镇痛有效率均为97%,均无运动阻滞发生。结论 0.097%布比卡因和0.075%罗哌卡因复合0.5μg/mL舒芬太尼一样能提供安全有效的分娩镇痛。

Low Concentrations of Bupivacaine and Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil Labor Analgesia

Objective To observe the clinical effects of epidural labor analgesia with continuous infusion containing with low concentrations of bupivacaine and ropivacaine combined with sufentanil.Methods 200 voluntary early maternity cases accepting epidural analgesia were randomly divided into two groups.100 patients each group,0.0975% bupivacaine（A group） and 0.075% ropivacaine（B） with 0.5μg/mL sufentanil for epidural analgesia respectively,and when the VAS score ≤30mm,the analgesia will be regarded as effective.And then record the second stage of labor time,motor block score,Apgar scores and adverse reactions.Results The age,weight,gestational age,the second stage of labor,delivery success rate is not significantly different（P〉0.05） for A and B.The effective analgesic is 97%,no motor block occurred.Conclusions 0.097% bupivacaine can provide the same safe and effective labor analgesia wit 0.075% ropivacaine with 0.5μg/mL sufentanil.
